(click to big times, boy. knowadahmean?)Alright, I think I'm pretty much done with this thing. I'm already getting ideas for the next projects I might want to do, but I'd like to see this thing done first, or at least know where it's going. Just to reboot my brain and start with a clean slate.
So, what I'd like is an estimate of how much more content I should be expecting from any of you. You have as much time as you need with said content, I just need a placeholder of sorts to reserve their space in the book for organizing all the stories together in the book, spacing, applying images, etc. All that fun stuff.
Tony, I've got a special part I'd like you to do. A forward of sorts. I'll send you more details when I get all this together. You're more than welcome to add a "story" or two on top of that (or reject the notion altogether), but just letting you know you already have a reserved spot if you want it.
A reminder: The story is not at all straight up horror. Anything goes in this book. For example, I have a story titled "Your Friend's Dad is Looking For His Keys." Short essays on the virtues of Soup Folding are welcome. The more the images juxtapose the stories, the better. Maybe.
I think this thing is currently about 90 pages give or take.

ReplyDeleteCool I was just wondering about the story I was writting. Wasn't sure if it fit in. All the other stories might make fun of it. I think it needs dialogue added, I will let oyu be the judge of that though, and maybe to edit as you see fit. So I also have some writtings (poems or rants call them what you will) that I have repolished and would like to submit either for this or any other venture you may see fit to put them in.

ReplyDeleteCaptain Deelishus made me see i shouldn't bother with this right now. What ever i could have done wouldn't have been great anyway. My own work is very long, and being so close, i cannot be detoured now my focus.
ReplyDeleteTo everyone i know this book will be mentioned when it is done, you're book (not mine this time). In that way at least i will help. Let's see how far behind i will be. Mine just takes a lot longer, because about the five times I've rewritten it. But I've been continually writing it for about fives months, so maybe i will win this time around.
